Conanicut Island Raptor Project

The Conanicut Island Raptor Project (CIRP) is a hands-on environmental education program that studies Jamestown’s migratory ospreys. A web camera atop the osprey nest at Jamestown’s Marsh Meadows enables anyone with access to the web to observe real-time images of the nesting birds’ routine.

Funding for the Conanicut Island Raptor Project is provided by private donations and grants to the Audubon Society of Rhode Island, a 501-C3 non-profit corporation and by the generous support of the RI Turnpike & Bridge Authority.

Donations to Audubon Society of Rhode Island are fully tax-deductible and will be acknowledged with a receipt by mail.
